Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Pediatric Clinic Director and Investing Partner to launch a new clinic in the Philadelphia area. You will lead clinical operations, build a team, and establish patient experience while pursuing equity in the practice.

You must be licensed in PT, OT, or SLP and bring pediatric therapy expertise. The role offers collaboration with senior leaders and potential ownership with Ivy Health’s support and resources.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as PT/OT/SLP is required.
• Previous pediatric therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a brand-new start-up clinic and establish patient flow and experience.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Collaborate with Ivy Health leaders across real estate, operations, marketing, and finance.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the local medical community.
• Oversee clinical standards and ensure high-quality patient care.
