Job summary

Ivy Health seeks a Clinic Director & Investing Partner to lead a brand-new pediatric therapy clinic in Philadelphia, PA. You will shape the clinic from the ground up, set clinical standards, recruit and mentor staff, and build strong referral networks within the community.

As a licensed PT, OT, or SLP, you will oversee patient care while growing clinic equity and partnering with Ivy Health leadership for startup success and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure required.
• Pediatric therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
• Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.

Education
