Ivy Health is seeking a Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner to lead a start-up clinic from the ground up, shaping location, team, culture, and patient experience. You will bring clinical vision while Ivy Health provides infrastructure, guidance, and support to build a sustainable practice.

You’ll partner with Ivy Health leaders across multiple functions and play a central role in community outreach, clinician relationships, and growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure in the respective field is required.
• Previous pediatric therapy experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinic's clinical standard.
• Help select market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the local community.
• Collaborate with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, and finance.
