Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director & Investing Partner to build a new pediatric therapy clinic. Lead clinical operations, recruit and mentor staff, and cultivate local partnerships while shaping patient experience and community impact.

You will work with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, and marketing, while leveraging Ivy’s infrastructure to bring your vision to life in a start-up clinic.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure in respective state.
• Pediatric therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
