Care for Kids is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead day-to-day clinical and operational performance of our Houston clinic. This hands-on leadership role combines clinical care with clinic management, supervising staffing, scheduling, compliance, and inventory to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has a Texas LVN license, BLS certification, 3+ years in clinical operations, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires current, unrestricted Texas LVN license.
• Requires BLS certification.
• 3+ years in medical office or clinical operations.
• Leadership/management experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical and operational performance of the clinic.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, compliance, and inventory.
• Enhance patient experience and monitor NPS and reviews.
• Provide hands-on clinical support when needed.
