Mindful Sprouts in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an Office Manager to lead front-desk operations, coordinate client communications, and support daily center functions in a pediatric therapy setting.

The role requires a degree in business administration or management and at least 3 years of office management experience; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. This is a full-time, weekday position focused on creating a welcoming, safe, and organized environment.

Formación

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar management role.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact during center hours.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all children receiving services.
• Ensure therapy rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and professional.
• Oversee front desk operations and client communications.
• Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
