Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
• Prior experience in a medical office or therapy clinic is strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Professional, friendly, and patient demeanor.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Full-time, Monday through Friday.
• Compensation based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for clients and families and manage front-desk duties.
• Coordinate daily center operations and ensure smooth transitions between activities.
• Monitor attendance and staffing, address gaps, and support scheduling.
• Maintain center safety, cleanliness, and compliance with procedures.
• Support onboarding of new center staff and vendor coordination.
• Oversee client sign-in/out procedures and family communications.
• Maintain required operational documentation and records.
• Escalate safety, operational, or clinical concerns to management as needed.
