Hero Practice Services is seeking an Operations Manager to guide a multi-disciplinary pediatric practice toward financial, patient, and organizational targets. You will report to the VP of Operations and lead staff across dental, vision, and orthodontic services.

The role calls for a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 3+ years of management, with flexibility for after-hours and weekend work. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and familiarity with financial metrics are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with strong leadership background.
• Experience managing healthcare or service operations is a plus.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and drive performance.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team to meet financial, patient, and organizational goals.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and community outreach activities.
• Monitor revenue cycle metrics daily, monthly, and quarterly.
• Ensure efficient patient scheduling, documentation, billing, and training.
• Coach teammates on customer service and patient experience.
