Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand business responsibilities and KPIs to forecast results and balance financials.
• Provide exceptional customer service to uphold CARE mission.
• Lead staff, schedule, and support non-clinical processes.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy and security compliance.
• Collaborate with HR on hiring and corrective actions.
• Market the practice locally and participate in community events.
• Oversee payroll, deposits, and petty cash.
