Qualifications

• High School or Associate Degree; related experience and/or training.
• Strong organizational and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out and register them.
• Verify patient insurance and demographics.
• Coordinate appointments and manage no-shows.
• Process prior authorizations and chart maintenance in Nymbl.
• Support clinic staff and ensure smooth office flow.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and collect patient balances.
