Job summary

OP Specialty Bracing is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and referring sources. You will greet patients, check them in and out, manage multi-line calls, and provide information about our services.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic. Experience with Nymbl software and HIPAA compliance is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School or Associate Degree; related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in/out.
• Answer multi-line phone calls and liaise with referring physicians/groups.
• Verify patient insurance and initiate prior authorizations.
• Collect patient balances and coordinate with billing on claims.
• Maintain electronic charts and upload documents using Nymbl software.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and provide excellent patient service.
