Job summary

Central Ohio Primary Care is seeking a Manager, Pediatric Support Center in Westerville, OH. You will lead daily operations, ensure safe, efficient patient flow, and align PSC performance with COPC goals across locations.

The role requires building high-performing teams, managing schedules and budgets, and partnering with clinical and administrative teams to deliver high-quality, accessible pediatric and adult care, including evenings and weekends where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (or equivalent).
• At least 5 years in healthcare operations, clinic management or ambulatory care.
• Experience leading teams in a clinical environment.
• Active Ohio driver’s license with ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end operational leadership for Pediatric Support Centers across multiple locations.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams, including interviewing, coaching and performance reviews.
• Oversee scheduling to ensure coverage for all shifts and productivity.
• Collaborate with departments to align with COPC strategy and financial goals.
• Monitor budget, volumes and operational metrics for ELT reporting.
