Job summary

Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians,Inc is seeking a Manager of the Pediatric Support Center in Westerville, OH. The role leads daily operations, patient flow, staff development, scheduling and adherence to budget and quality metrics.

You will coordinate with PCPs, clinics, and ancillary services, oversee multi-site PSC operations, and drive safety, service excellence and value-based care initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or other relevant field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least five (5) years of experience in healthcare operations, clinic management and/or acute/ambulatory care.
• Demonstrated prior experience leading teams in a clinical environment.
• Active Ohio driver’s license with the ability to travel throughout COPC’s service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end operational leadership for Pediatric Support Centers (PSCs) across multiple locations; oversee daily operations including patient flow, facilities and equipment readiness.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams, including interviewing, coaching, training and performance reviews.
• Oversee onboarding and scheduling for providers and staff to ensure appropriate coverage and productivity.
• Collaborate with departments to promote cross-functional teamwork and ensure PSCs align with PCP practices.
• Develop and oversee budget, volume and resource utilization with monthly reporting to ELT.
