• Excellent interpersonal communication and HR issue resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate the overall operation of the New Albany Pediatrics office.
• Recruit, orient, and train staff; manage daily work schedules and coverage.
• Facilitate performance evaluations and ongoing staff training.
• Oversee payroll entries and HR records in coordination with Corporate HR.
