Job summary

Central Ohio Primary Care is seeking a full-time Office Manager for Scioto Family Physicians in Dublin, OH. This role directs, supervises, and coordinates the overall operation of the office.

Responsibilities include staff recruitment, training, payroll oversight, and ensuring HIPAA compliance while delivering exceptional patient experiences. You will collaborate with the COPC corporate office to align with policies and improve operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three or more years of office management experience, preferably in a medical office.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA and labor laws; strong computer literacy.
• Experience with EMR systems and medical office workflows is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise and coordinate the overall operation of the medical office.
• Recruit, orient, and train staff; manage daily scheduling and workload.
• Oversee payroll entries and timekeeping; coordinate with Corporate HR.
• Provide excellent patient service and maintain a welcoming environment.
