Ivy Health Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Board-C Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead an interdisciplinary ABA team in a clinic-based setting in Michigan. You will manage a caseload, assess children, design individualized treatment plans, and mentor behavior technicians while engaging families to carry skills into daily life.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience creating individualized treatment plans including skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
• Experience supervising technicians to implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsabilités

• Carry a caseload of patients, partnering with Clinic Director and Ivy ABA leadership to drive outcomes for young learners.
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Coach and guide behavior technicians in implementing each patient’s plan.
• Coach and empower parents/caregivers to learn ABA-based principles for home use.
• Coordinate care with speech, language, occupational, and physical therapy teams.
