Job summary

Ivy Rehab Network is seeking a Pediatric Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead a clinic‑based team in Michigan. You will carry a small caseload, conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and coach behavior technicians as part of an interdisciplinary care model for children with autism.

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification is required.
Experience creating individualized treatment plans including skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
Experience supervising technicians to implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

Carry a small caseload of patients, partnering with Clinic Director and leadership to drive outcomes.
Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
Coach and guide behavior technicians in implementing each patient’s plan.
Coach and empower parents to learn ABA‑based principles for home use.
Coordinate care as part of an interdisciplinary team with other Ivy Rehab for Kids providers.
