Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to lead an ABA program for pediatric clients. You will manage a caseload, design individualized treatment plans, and guide technicians within a clinic-based team that collaborates with speech, occupational, and physical therapy professionals.

You will also coach families to apply ABA strategies beyond sessions, supporting children's progress across daily life. Equity-partner opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience creating individualized treatment plans (skill acquisition and behavior reduction).
• Experience supervising behavior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and partner with Clinic Director to drive great outcomes for children.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Coach and guide behavior technicians on plan execution.
• Coach and empower parents/caregivers to apply ABA principles at home.
• Coordinate care with SLPs, OTs, PTs in interdisciplinary teams.
