Job summary

Ivy Health seeks a Pediatric Board-C certified Behavior Analyst to lead ABA services in a clinic-based setting. You will oversee a team of behavior technicians and coordinate with speech, occupational, and physical therapists to deliver comprehensive care for children with autism.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, designing tailored treatment plans, and guiding families to apply ABA principles at home. The role offers potential equity opportunities within Ivy ABA clinics.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience creating individualized treatment plans including skills acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
• Experience supervising technicians to implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of patients, partnering with Clinic Director and Ivy ABA leadership to drive outcomes.
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Coach and guide behavior technicians in implementing each patient’s treatment plan.
• Coach and empower parents and caregivers to learn ABA-based principles and interventions to drive behavior change outside of sessions.
• Coordinate care as part of an interdisciplinary care team for patients who receive related therapies.
