Job summary

Ivy Health, a pediatric ABA program, seeks a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst to lead, design, and monitor individualized treatment plans in a clinic setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including speech, OT, and PT to support children’s skill development.

You will mentor technicians, coach families, and coordinate care across disciplines while contributing to an equity partnership pathway and ongoing professional growth within Ivy Health for Kids.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required to practice.
• Experience creating individualized treatment plans including skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Experience supervising technicians to implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of patients, partnering with Clinic Director and Ivy leadership to drive outcomes for young learners.
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Coach and guide behavior technicians in implementing each patient’s plan.
• Empower parents and caregivers to learn ABA-based principles to drive behavior change outside sessions.
