Job summary

Ivy Health Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to lead an interdisciplinary ABA team in a clinic-based setting in Michigan.

You will carry a caseload, design individualized treatment plans, coach technicians, and empower families to apply ABA principles beyond sessions, improving outcomes for young learners. Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience creating individualized treatment plans (skill acquisition and behavior reduction).
• Experience supervising technicians to implement plans.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of patients and collaborate with Clinic Director to drive outcomes.
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Coach and guide behavior technicians in implementing each patient’s plan.
• Coach and empower families to apply ABA principles outside sessions.
• Coordinate care with speech, OT, and PT within Ivy Health for Kids providers.
