Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Pediatric Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to lead ABA services within Ivy ABA for Kids in a clinic-based setting in Michigan. You will supervise behavior technicians, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with speech, OT, and PT teams to drive meaningful outcomes for young learners.

You will mentor parents to apply ABA principles outside sessions and participate in an interdisciplinary care model.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience designing individualized treatment plans (skill acquisition and behavior reduction).
• Experience supervising technicians to implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Carry a small caseload and lead a team of behavior technicians.
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Coach and empower parents to learn ABA-based interventions.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams (speech, OT, PT).
• Support clinic outcomes and collaboration with Clinic Director.
