Job summary

Ivy Health Inc is seeking a Pediatric Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in Michigan to lead ABA services for children and families within a multidisciplinary setting. You will help design and implement individualized treatment plans and mentor a team of behavior technicians.

You will coach caregivers to apply ABA principles outside sessions and coordinate care with SLP, OT, and PT as part of Ivy Health for Kids providers. Equity opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience creating individualized treatment plans with skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
• Experience supervising technicians to implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of patients and collaborate with leadership to drive outcomes.
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Coach and guide technicians in implementing each plan.
• Empower parents to apply ABA-based principles at home.
• Coordinate care with other Ivy Health for Kids providers.
