Job summary

Ivy ABA, part of Ivy Rehab For Kids, seeks a Pediatric Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to lead an ABA program in a clinic setting. You will oversee a caseload of 8-12 patients, design individualized treatment plans, and mentor technicians.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification or sitting for BCBA exam within one month.
• Experience creating individualized treatment plans including skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Experience supervising technicians to implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of 8-12 patients, partnering with Clinic Director to drive outcomes.
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Coach and guide technicians to implement each patient’s plan.
• Empower parents and caregivers with ABA-based strategies to reinforce skills at home.
• Coordinate care with speech, occupational, and physical therapy teams.
