Job summary

Ivy ABA is seeking a Pediatric Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to lead a clinic-based ABA team and design individualized treatment plans for children with autism. You will supervise behavior technicians, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary group, and coach families to apply ABA principles at home.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Experience creating individualized treatment plans including skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Experience supervising technicians to implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of 8-12 patients, partnering with Clinic Director and Ivy ABA leadership.
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Coach and guide behavior technicians in implementing each patient’s plan.
• Coach and empower parents/caregivers to apply ABA-based principles at home.
• Coordinate care as part of an interdisciplinary team with speech, OT, and/or PT.
