As a Pediatric Board-Certified Behavior Analyst at Ivy Rehab for Kids, you will lead ABA services in a clinic-based setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to design individualized treatment plans for children with autism. You’ll supervise behavior technicians and coach families to apply ABA principles at home.

You’ll manage a caseload of 8–12 patients, conduct assessments, and partner with therapists to deliver evidence-based care while exploring equity partnership opportunities

Competenze

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience creating individualized treatment plans including skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians to implement plans.

Mansioni

• Carry a caseload of 8–12 patients and work with Clinic Director to drive outcomes.
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Coach and guide technicians in implementing each patient’s plan.
• Empower parents and caregivers to apply ABA principles at home.
• Coordinate care with speech, occupational, and physical therapy as part of an interdisciplinary team.
