Job summary

Ivy Rehab for Kids seeks a Pediatric Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to lead ABA services in a pediatric clinic. You will assess, design, and supervise individualized plans within an interdisciplinary team including SLP, OT, and PT, while coaching families to apply ABA skills at home.

The role emphasizes mentorship, autonomous clinical growth, and potential equity partnership in Ivy ABA clinics as part of a collaborative care model.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience creating individualized treatment plans including skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
• Experience supervising technicians to implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Carry a small caseload of patients and collaborate with Clinic Director and Ivy ABA leadership to drive outcomes for young learners.
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Coach and guide behavior technicians in implementing each patient’s plan.
• Coach and empower parents/caregivers to apply ABA principles outside sessions.
• Coordinate care as part of an interdisciplinary team including SLP, OT, and PT.
