Job summary

Ivy ABA, part of the Ivy Health Network, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to help children and families learn new skills through individualized ABA programs in a clinic setting.

As a BCBA, you will lead a team of behavior technicians, coordinate with speech and occupational therapists, and design treatment plans, with opportunities for equity partnership and bonuses. This is a full-time role with a structured schedule, mentorship, and tuition reimbursement opportunities.

Qualifications

• An active BCBA certification and licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Illinois.
• Experience creating individualized treatment plans including skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
• Experience supervising technicians to implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of 8–12 patients, coordinating with Clinic Director and Ivy ABA leadership to drive outcomes.
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Coach and guide behavior technicians in implementing each patient’s plan.
• Coach and empower parents and caregivers to apply ABA principles outside of sessions.
• Coordinate care as part of an interdisciplinary care team with related Ivy Rehab For Kids providers.
