Job summary

Friendship Community Care seeks a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support services for clients with behavioral and social/communication challenges in a pediatric setting.

The role emphasizes designing home, community, and center-based programs, supervising RBTs, and ensuring alignment with CARF accreditation and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• At least three years’ experience serving individuals with ASDs across a full range of skills and abilities.
• Experience with staff training and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and train RBTs; plan, assign, and direct work; evaluate performance.
• Develop and implement behavioral assessment measures and functional assessments.
• Prepare timely reports for quality management review with CARF and Exec Management meetings.
• Conduct weekly supervision meetings with Program Coordinators and Behavior Technicians.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal law and HIPAA policies.
