Associates in Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to assess, develop, implement, and document behavior treatment plans across settings. The role focuses on teaching communication, engagement in activities, and reducing problematic behaviors as skills develop.

The BCBA will supervise RBTs/BCaBAs, coordinate resources for families, and ensure comprehensive documentation in EMR with daily billing. Travel to multiple APT locations may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Active state license as an Applied Behavior Analyst.

Aufgaben

• Assess and develop positive behavior treatment plans to be used across settings.
• Supervise RBTs and BCaBAs; provide training and guidance.
• Identify resources and support information for patients and families.
• Provide ongoing support and training of behavioral intervention to the therapy team and caregivers.
• Document daily treatment notes in EMR and ensure billing of services.
• Make referrals for additional patient services as needed.
• Complete all required documentation and supervisory requirements per state boards.
• Participate in therapy and company meetings as scheduled.
• Complete continuing education to maintain licensure.
• Comply with federal, state, and local certification requirements.
• Travel to other APT locations as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
