Job summary

Kid Clan Services, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessment, design and supervision of ABA programs across clinic, home, school, and community settings.

The role emphasizes ethics, data-driven decision making, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams to improve client outcomes. The BCBA will supervise RBTs/BTs, train caregivers, and ensure treatment plans, FBAs, and Behavior Intervention Plans align with payer requirements and BACB standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field is required.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current state licensure where required.
• Successful completion of background screening.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive assessments and reassessments.
• Develop individualized goals and treatment recommendations.
• Monitor treatment progress and update programming.
• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Conduct caregiver training sessions and collaboration.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical data.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary providers.
• Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code and payer requirements.
