Achieve Beyond is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for Nassau County, NY. You will conduct ASD assessments, develop behavioral intervention plans, and supervise therapists and caregivers to ensure data-driven goals and progress.

The role emphasizes collaborative teams, privacy compliance, and ongoing client outcomes. This full-time, in-person position requires a Master's degree and BCBA/LBA credentials with at least one year of supervision experience.

Qualificações

• Must have a passion for ABA and working with children, families, and therapists.
• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services, or Psychology.
• BCBA and LBA certifications are required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher field supervision.
• Self-motivated, team player, patient and professional with excellent organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and collaborate with caregivers to create meaningful goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans and create functional, observable, and measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of behavioral therapists, including behavioral skills training and performance feedback while ensuring program integrity.
• Clinically review session notes for assigned therapists and analyze data to drive program changes.
• Ensure progress generalizes with active caregiver participation and regular communication with parents and staff.
• Perform reassessments at least biannually and summarize progress for each client supervised.
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
