Achieve Beyond in Nassau and Suffolk County seeks a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support pediatric therapy programs across the NY metro area. You will conduct assessments, design behavior intervention plans, supervise therapists, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful goals.

You will provide data-driven services in home, community, and clinic settings, ensure HIPAA-compliant records, and participate in ongoing training and case reviews.

Qualificações

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA and LBA certification required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA supervision experience.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct direct services in Early Intervention Program.
• Assess children with ASD and help caregivers set meaningful goals and plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create specific, observable, measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of therapists with targeted feedback.
• Clinically review session notes for assigned therapists.
• Analyze data and adjust programs based on results.
• Ensure progress is generalized; involve caregivers.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year.
• Maintain regular communication with parents, therapists, and office.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and regulations.
• Ensure programs are socially significant and promote independence.
• Conduct therapist trainings and create analytic content for social media.
