Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and supervise therapy teams in Suffolk County, NY. You will collaborate with families to implement data-driven goals and ensure program integrity.

The role requires BCBA/LBA credentials, a Master's in a relevant field, and at least one year of ABA supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA and LBA certification required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher field supervision.
• Must be self-motivated, a team player, and patient and professional.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and work with caregivers to create goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create measurable goals for behavior therapists and caregivers to implement.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of therapists and give performance feedback.
