Unicare ABA in Nassau, NY is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The role involves conducting PFAs, designing and monitoring ABA programs, supervising RBTs, and providing parent training in a compassionate, play-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Must have BCBA certification and NY LBA.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Practical Functional Assessments (PFAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and monitor ABA programs.
• Supervise and support RBTs and other clinical staff.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to guide treatment decisions.
