Achieve Beyond is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the New York City metro area. This role focuses on conducting assessments for children with ASD, developing and supervising behavior plans, and ensuring data-driven progress.

You will collaborate with families, therapists, and our office while maintaining strict confidentiality and high ethical standards. The candidate must hold a Master’s Degree in a relevant field, BCBA and LBA credentials, and have at least one year of ABA

Qualificações

• Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services, or Psychology.
• BCBA and LBA required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher supervision.
• Self-motivated team player with patience and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and collaborate with caregivers to set meaningful goals.
• Design behavior intervention plans and measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide direct supervision of therapists and give performance feedback while maintaining program integrity.
• Regularly review session notes and analyze data to drive program changes.
• Ensure progress generalization and active caregiver participation in therapy.
• Perform reassessments twice yearly and summarize data and progress for supervised clients.
• Maintain clear communication with parents, therapists, and Achieve Beyond office.
• Protect confidentiality in line with HIPAA and regulations.
