Job summary

Achieve Beyond in New York is hiring a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support pediatric ABA services across Nassau and Suffolk counties. You will conduct direct services in the Early Intervention program and assess children with ASD, collaborating with families to create meaningful goals and treatment plans.

You will design behavior intervention plans, supervise therapists, and review data to drive program improvements, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and ongoing

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification is required; LBA preferred/required by role.
• Minimum of one year supervision experience in ABA settings.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct ABA services in Early Intervention program.
• Assess children with ASD and collaborate with caregivers on goals and plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans and measurable goals.
• Provide supervision to behavior therapists (minimum 10%).
• Review session notes and analyze data for program changes.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and regulations.
• Communicate with parents, therapists, and the office.
