Job summary

Mercy seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead pediatric ABA programs, assess needs, and supervise RBTs within a collaborative healthcare setting.

You will design individualized plans, monitor progress with data-driven decisions, and provide family education to support outcomes across environments. Strong ethics and HIPAA compliance are essential, with ongoing professional development encouraged.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Minimum of 3 years experience working with children with special needs.
• Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior support plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral and functional assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and monitor ABA programs.
• Analyze patient data, evaluate progress, and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity and aligned with best practices.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and feedback to RBTs and staff.
• Deliver family education and training to support patient success.
• Collaborate with families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in accordance with standards.
• Participate in staff development and quality improvement initiatives.
