Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) to assess children with autism and developmental needs, develop and oversee individualized intervention plans, and lead data-driven clinical programming. You will collaborate with families, RBTs, and an interdisciplinary team to maximize outcomes.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, supervision, and professional leadership to support staff and families across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) and BCBA certification.
Minimum 3 years of experience with children with special needs.
Experience with FBAs and BSPs.
Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for autism.

Responsibilities

Conduct FBAs to identify skill deficits.
Design and implement individualized treatment plans.
Lead development of focused and comprehensive behavioral programming.
Analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
Complete documentation in compliance with standards.
