Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to lead assessment, development, implementation, and oversight of individualized ABA programs for children with developmental and behavioral needs.

You will supervise RBTs, train families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure fidelity and data-driven progress. Strong ethics, HIPAA compliance, and clinical documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure/certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children with developmental/behavioral needs.
• Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior support plans.
• Experience implementing and monitoring individualized behavioral intervention programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral and functional assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and monitor ABA programs.
• Analyze patient data, evaluate progress, and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity and aligned with best practices.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and feedback to RBTs and other staff.
• Deliver family education and training to support patient success.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reports, and records in compliance with standards.
• Participate in staff development and quality improvement initiatives.
