Job summary

McCulloh Consulting, a Michigan-based HR and Talent Acquisition firm, seeks a BCBA-credentialed clinician to design and oversee ABA programs for children and families. The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and ensuring high-quality client outcomes.

The candidate will develop treatment plans, supervise clinicians, and coordinate with funding sources, while maintaining strong communication and organizational skills in a dynamic care environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or Master’s with ABA coursework is required.
• Knowledge of ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT) is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; bilinguals are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized treatment and behavioral support plans.
• Develop new programs and adjust existing ones based on assessments.
• Collaborate with a treatment team including directors, parents, and other support networks.
• Provide training, supervision, and support to clinicians and therapists.
• Maintain open communication with funding sources regarding client progress.
• Balance a caseload of billable hours with supervisory duties.
