Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead pediatric ABA programs in a hybrid environment across clinic, home, and community settings in Phoenix, AZ. You will supervise RBTs and therapists, develop data-driven treatment plans, and collaborate with families and schools to support developmental goals for children with autism.

Qualifications include BCBA certification, a master’s degree, and pediatric experience; strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• BCBA certification required and in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience designing and managing ABA programs for pediatrics/autism.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities with organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assessments & Evaluations to identify strengths and needs.
• Develop data-driven ABA care plans and BIPs.
• Supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists with fidelity and ethics.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as children develop.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate across clinic, home, and community settings.
