Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring a Full Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services in Nassau and Suffolk County, NY. The role involves direct intervention, assessments, and collaboration with families to achieve meaningful goals for children with ASD.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Behavior Analysis and BCBA/LBA credentials, plus at least one year of ABA supervisor experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification and LBA required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA supervision experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work afternoons/evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct ABA services in Early Intervention programs.
• Assess children with ASD and collaborate with caregivers on goals.
• Design and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Set functional, observable, and measurable goals for teams.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of therapists with feedback.
• Review session notes regularly for your caseload.
• Analyze data and adjust programs based on results.
• Ensure progress generalizes and family participation.
• Communicate with parents, therapists, and office staff.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead therapist trainings and workshops for providers.
