Job summary

Achieve Beyond provides pediatric therapy services across the United States. We are seeking a Fee For Service, Hourly Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve New Haven, Fairfield and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include ASD assessments, designing behavior intervention plans, and supervising therapists in home, clinic, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services, or Psychology.
• BCBA and LBA required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher field supervision.
• Self-motivated, team player with patience and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and work with caregivers to create meaningful goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable and measurable goals for therapists and caregivers to implement.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of behavioral therapists assigned to cases, with performance feedback while ensuring program integrity.
• Clinically review session notes on a regular basis for assigned behavior therapists.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized and caregivers are active participants in therapy with specific goals and training.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize data and progress for each client supervised.
• Regular communication with parents, therapists, and Achieve Beyond office.
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (HIPAA/state/federal laws).
• Ensure programs are socially significant, functional, and lead to independence and happiness.
