Job summary

Achieve Beyond in Virginia Beach is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services to children with ASD. This fee-for-service, hourly and/or full-time role involves conducting assessments, designing intervention plans, supervising therapists, and collaborating with families and caregivers to achieve meaningful outcomes.

You will travel to cases, review session notes, analyze data, and ensure programs are functional and socially significant.

Qualifications

• Passion for ABA and working with children, families, and therapists
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and collaborate with caregivers to create meaningful goals and treatment plans
• Design behavior intervention plans
• Create observable and measurable goals for behavior therapists and caregivers
• Provide supervision of behavior therapists, including skills training and feedback
• Review session notes and analyze data to drive program changes
• Ensure progress is generalized and caregivers are active participants
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize progress
• Maintain communication with parents, therapists, and Achieve Beyond office
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and regulations
• Ensure programs are socially significant and lead to independence
