Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Licensed Behavioral Analyst in New Jersey.
• Comfort with home-visit supervision and parent training.
• Background check, child abuse registry, and drug testing clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs to identify reasons for behaviors.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee ABA services in 1:1 and group settings.
• Provide training to technicians and other professionals.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress.
