Job summary

True Progress Therapy in Trenton, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated ABA team. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and supervise Behavior Technicians while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in ABA or related field, BCBA certification with BACB, and experience working with children with ASD.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
BCBA certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Experience working with children with ASD and related conditions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD and related conditions.
Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment strategies.
Train and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) and other support staff.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed.
Stay up-to-date with best practices in ABA and maintain current certification as a BCBA.
