Job summary

Hopebridge in Lebanon, TN, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to deliver compassionate, evidence-based pediatric ABA care in a center setting. You will design plans, assess behaviors, and work closely with SLPs, OTs, and clinicians to support children’s skill development and independence.

You will mentor RBTs and collaborate across teams, with administrative tasks during remote work days and access to ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
• Active BCBA credential in good standing
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice

Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care: conduct FBAs and construct individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: partner daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists
• Mentorship & Leadership: guide and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and new BCBAs
• Administrative Flexibility: complete treatment planning and plan-of-care updates during at-home days
• Parent & Caregiver Support: provide training to families for consistency across home and clinic
