Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design individualized intervention programs, conduct FBAs, and mentor clinical staff in a collaborative center setting. Work with SLPs, OTs, and Psychologists to deliver evidence-based care for pediatric learners.

You will lead assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs and BCBA Fellows, and coordinate with families to ensure consistency across home and clinic environments. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis required.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice required.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical care: conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentor and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Complete treatment planning and POC updates during dedicated work-from-home days.
• Provide training and support to families to ensure consistency at home and clinic.
