RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy in St Charles, IL is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead ABA services for pediatric patients. The BCBA will supervise Behavior Technicians, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and other therapists to design and oversee effective programs.

Requires a Master’s in ABA and BCBA certification. Competitive compensation of 78,000–87,000 with a $12,000 signing bonus and student debt benefit, plus health plans and 401(k) matching.

• Master's degree in ABA is required.
• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians is desirable.

• Maintain documentation with goals, progress and medical necessity.
• Review policies and procedures manual.
• Create behavior intervention plans based on functional assessments.
• Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for pediatric patients.
